We were first introduced to Renee Clark in 1998. When we decided it was time to purchase our first home, Renee guided us through this journey with ease, by answering our many questions, giving us a lot of helpful advice, and making it a pleasant experience.
As we outgrew our first home, and decided it was time for us to get another one that would better fit our family. It was Renee Clark we called. We originally bought five acres, planning to build a home. But, just as the seasons change, so does life. For many reasons, we decided we did not want to live on five acres. We turned to Renee Clark to help us sell our land. It sold. What a blessing. Renee then came to our home, and visited with us about the process of selling our home. The paperwork was drawn up she put her realtor sign in our front yard. Six weeks later our home sold. Yeah! another blessing.
Now we start the process of looking for a new home. Renee would call, and let us know when she had houses for us to look at. Her calls came often through the weeks. Times were set up to look at houses. We looked, and looked, and looked some more. Renee could always tell when the house was not “the right one for us” because we would ask her if we could knock out a wall, or how much it would cost to replace the trim, redo kitchen cabinets, or change several major things we did not like about the house. Renee would smile, answer the questions, and say “let’s keep looking, we will find the right one for you” Many times we would call Renee, and let her know we found a house we wanted to look at. Renee would fit us into her busy schedule, sometimes around other clients she already had scheduled that day. During our house hunting adventure, a friendship grew between us, and we built a bond with Renee that became really special. One day Renee called us, and said “I have a house for you to look at. It has to be today, it just came on the market and will go fast” She took us to look at the house. First impression: really nice on the outside. We entered through the front door, wow! Beautiful! We continued looking all throughout the house talking about all the things we really liked about it. Nothing major we would want to change. Just repaint the bedrooms and master bathroom, easy enough. Our family started discussing this could be the one. Renee said “I’ll wait outside on the back porch while you guys talk” We continued looking around, smiling, and talking seriously about this house becoming our new home. We went outside to get Renee. We told her we loved it, and wanted it to be our new home. Renee said “Yes, I felt this house was the right one for you, lets go to my office and put in an offer” It was late in the evening, and Renee worked really hard preparing all the paperwork, and submitting our offer. She called us the next day with a counter offer, we accepted. We love our new home! Thank you, Renee for all your hard work. We love you!
